The beachfront villa is situated in safe and peaceful Cullen Bay, a premier location in Darwin's suburbs with its own 24/7 private security service, backed up by an extensive CCTV system. Cullen Bay is the only Darwin suburb with its own private security service.

Bring the supplied luxury recliner camp chairs, esky, picnic rug, and YETI stubbies down to the beach and join the friendly locals in their ritual of fish and chips on the beach as the sunsets.

For something more formal, Cullen Bay provides a long list of fantastic dining and entertainment experiences all within a 1-minute walk. As well as multiple restaurants, the area also includes an ice-cream shop and pie shop, a perfect treat after a few hours on the beach.

Cullen Bay has recently undergone a $10million architectural revitalisation (with significant emphasis on artistic lighting). This provides a fantastic backdrop for some new family photos.

With Cullen Bay being only 2.5km's to the Darwin CBD, you have all the conveniences of being centrally located, including access to Uber Eats, Uber cars, Woolworths and Coles grocery delivery, and Darwin City Council e-bikes and e-scooters.

Cullen Bay Ferry Terminal is where most fishing charters in Darwin leave from. If you love to fish, don't miss the opportunity to jump aboard and chase some delicious Mackerel, Jew Fish ('jewies'), and Red Emporer. A full day charter allows you to travel to pristine environments such as the Peron Islands, The Pinnacles, Point Blaze, and Bass Reef.

In addition to fishing charters, the SeaLink Ferry to the world-renowned first nations communities on the Tiwi Islands also departs from the Cullen Bay Ferry Terminal. The Tiwi people are internationally renowned for their style of art, including carvings and bright textile designs. Prized by collectors, many Tiwi artists have exhibited around the world.

An easy and affordable public bus arrives once an hour, the bus stop is 100 meters away. The taxi rank is 20 meters away. Uber is also available in the area, as well as private chauffeured cars. The nature of Darwin means we do recommend that guests hire cars.
